How to start a day

Today’s topic of discussion is How to start a day?

Do you realise if the start of a day is not good you don’t get a good result at the end of the day? This is the reason why you should have a good start of the day.

How to start a day in a good way? How to do that?

For a good start of the day, we need only 1 or 2 minutes in the morning. You may have listened to many people say start a day with meditation or exercise or many other ways.

But today I am going to discuss a short and healthy way to how to start a day? This technique gives you a very positive start of the day and if you continue practising this you will see amazing changes in your life.

1st thing when you wake up just sit on the bed for 2 minutes, close your eyes, take a deep breath in and start self-affirmations and autosuggestion.
For example, I am delightful, I am confident, the task you need to complete just give affirmations to yourself that you have already completed the task.

2nd thing is, be grateful for the thing which is in your life because we need to be grateful to the things in life.
For example, I am Blessed, I am blessed to have parents like this, I am blessed to have a husband like this.

We should be grateful for many other things we are blessed to have in life. If you practice this you definitely get a good start to your day and your brain will get a positive note which will motivate you all day.

So let’s revise what you need to be done.

1) Sit on the bed
2) Self-affirmation
3) Count Blessing

When you do this early in the morning you kick-start positivity and you have a great day ahead.
